Pues bien, este a\u00f1o ha sido una celebraci\u00f3n en petit comit\u00e9, por lo que no ha habido pavo asado pero s\u00ed que un delicioso Coq au Vin hecho con mucho amor, a fuego lento, haciendo chup chup hasta que la carne del pollo se desprend\u00eda del hueso, todo una delicia.<\/p>\n<p>Que no os intimide el nombre, coq au vin no es m\u00e1s que pollo al vino en franc\u00e9s, un plato cl\u00e1sico de la cocina francesa. Como os digo consiste en un guiso de pollo hecho en cazuela, yo lo he versionado un poco y lo he hecho algo m\u00e1s saludable, a\u00f1adiendo un extra de verduras.<\/p>\n<p>Siempre que pod\u00e1is utilizad pollo de corral, as\u00ed os asegurar\u00e9is de que han crecido de forma natural, y que han sido alimentados con maiz y grano ecol\u00f3gico (sin t\u00f3xicos), esto har\u00e1 que la carne sea mucho m\u00e1s jugosa, tierna, por no hablar de que los nutrientes que os aportar\u00e1 ser\u00e1n de mucha mayor calidad.<\/p>\n<p>La receta en s\u00ed es muy f\u00e1cil, es sencilla, es sabrosa &#8230; y tan buena. \u00bfEl secreto? Un poco de paciencia, mucho tiempo en el fuego y un mont\u00f3n de hierbas frescas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQue c\u00f3mo se prepara? Pues ah\u00ed va, salteas el pollo, caramelizas la cebolla y el ajo, a\u00f1ades el concentrado de tomate, resto de verduras, el vino, el caldo, lo tapas y te olvidas de el \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente no acostumbro a cocinar con vino, siempre tiendo a sustituirlo por caldo o incluso pasta de miso, per un d\u00eda es un d\u00eda y de verdad que el vino es el coraz\u00f3n de esta receta, proporciona sabor y ayuda a que el pollo quede tierno.<\/p>\n<p>Sirve con un pur\u00e9 de patatas o mejor de coliflor y tendr\u00e1s una cena deliciosa que gustar\u00e1 a todos. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Pon una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego fuerte, cuando est\u00e9 caliente, sella los muslos de pollo hasta que est\u00e9n bien dorados. Retira del fuego y reserva.<\/p><p>En la misma sart\u00e9n, baja el fuego, y a\u00f1ade la cebolla y el ajo en el aceite que haya soltado el pollo, si ves que no es suficiente, a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s. Deja que la cebolla se caramelice lentamente, unos 10 minutos.<\/p><p>A\u00f1ade el tomate concentrado, da un par de vueltas para que se mezcle bien. A\u00f1ade los muslos de pollo, las zanahorias y los champi\u00f1ones.<\/p><p>Vierte el fino tinto, el caldo de pollo, las hojas de laurel, el tomillo y el romero.&nbsp; Sazona.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: inherit;font-weight: inherit\">Tapa y cocina a temperatura baja durante 2 horas. \u00c9chale un vistazo cada media hora para ver que no se queda sin caldo y que el hervor no se detiene. Si fuese necesario a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s caldo de pollo caliente.<\/span><\/p><p>Una vez pasado el tiempo, dest\u00e1palo y sube el fuego, deja hervir durante 15-20 minutos para reducir la salsa. Retirar las hojas de laurel y el tomillo y desechar.<\/p><p>Sirve el pollo y la salsa sobre pur\u00e9 de patatas.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-notes-container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-header wprm-color-header\">Notas de la Receta<\/div>\n\t\t<p>Si quisierais una salsa un poco m\u00e1s espesita, podr\u00edais espesarla con un poquito de maizena. En un bol, a\u00f1ade una cucharadita de maizena y una cucharada del caldo del guiso, deshaz la maizena y luego a\u00f1ade al guiso. Da un par de vueltas y deja hervir hasta que espese.
