Y es que aunque nos bombardeen con anuncios, luces, regalos y turr\u00f3n desde principios de noviembre, yo me resisto hasta el primer d\u00eda de diciembre para comenzar los preparativos y festividades.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando se trata de diciembre, tengo una cosa en mente: cajitas de galletas deliciosas. Y es que me encanta preparar varios tipos de galletas, decorarlas, envolverlas en paquetes bonitos y regalarlas a gente que aprecio.<\/p>\n<p>Ya, ya se que esto es muy americano, seguro que hab\u00e9is visto miles de escenas en series y pel\u00edculas navide\u00f1as en las que hay un fervor generalizado por hornear, hay webs que hasta proponen 31 galletas diferentes, una por cada d\u00eda del mes, \u00a1me encanta! Aunque hay que ser realistas y saber que ni se podr\u00e1 hornear todos los d\u00edas, ni nos vamos a comer tantas galletas, pero me parece una tradici\u00f3n y un gesto muy bonito, por no decir que cuando regalas a alguien una cajita de galletas caseras \u00a1que quedas de 10! Todas hechas con ingredientes naturales, cacao 100%, mantequilla ecol\u00f3gica, mucha menos cantidad de az\u00facar y encima az\u00facar de verdad y harina de espelta integral con extra de fibra
