Los men\u00fas de estas fiestas est\u00e1n llenos de tentaciones, con altos contenidos de az\u00facar, sal y grasa saturada. Que si el pavo, los canelones, el cochinillo, los turrones y polvorones, por no decir del alcohol que se bebe durante estas fechas.\u00a0 Platos pesados y cal\u00f3ricos que nos hacen sentirnos hinchados y perder los buenos h\u00e1bitos que hemos mantenido con tanto esfuerzo durante el resto del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Lo ideal ser\u00eda dar un giro completo a nuestro men\u00fa y celebrarlo con platos m\u00e1s saludables donde las verduras sean las protagonistas. La cena ideal de Navidad estar\u00eda compuesta por una crema o sopa ligera, un plato principal con mucha verdura y como postre algo hecho a base de harinas integrales y sin az\u00facares.<\/p>\n<p>Pero todos sabemos que esto muchas veces est\u00e1 muy lejos de la realidad y de la posibilidad. Muchos somos invitados a casas ajenas donde no se sigue lo que ser\u00eda una dieta ideal y nos tenemos que enfrentar s\u00ed o s\u00ed a platos copiosos y tant\u00edsima comida como para alimentar a toda una ciudad. O puede que para ti, estas fechas navide\u00f1as signifiquen mucho m\u00e1s, te hagan vivir algo especial, recordar tiempos pasados y las esperes con gran ilusi\u00f3n durante todo el a\u00f1o y el pensar solo en no probar ni un bocado de turr\u00f3n o ese plato tan rico que hace tu madre solo en estas fechas, te ocasione m\u00e1s estr\u00e9s que el hecho de com\u00e9rtelo, si es as\u00ed adelante, disfruta al 100%.<\/p>\n<p>Y ahora os preguntar\u00e9is, \u00bfse podr\u00edan hacer algo para que est\u00e1s comidas\/cenas sean un pel\u00edn m\u00e1s saludables sin que se alteren los platos tradiconales?
