Si bien algunas personas les encanta el ambiente festivo, las calles llenas de gente o las compras de \u00faltima hora, mientras que para otros es una temporada molesta desde el principio.<\/p>\n<p>Diciembre es el mes m\u00e1s emocionante y estresante, muchas obligaciones, reuniones, compromisos y alimentos no tan saludables. Pero no tiene que ser as\u00ed. Podemos prepararnos para las pr\u00f3ximas semanas y experimentar una serenidad, unas vacaciones tranquilas e incluso alegres.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed hay algunos consejos que te ayudar\u00e1n a sobrevivir en esta Navidad con un \u00e9xito total.<\/p>\n<h3>AUMENTA TU INMUNIDAD<\/h3>\n<p>La mala alimentaci\u00f3n, las bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, la falta de sue\u00f1o &#8230; Para apoyar esa fren\u00e9tica vida social necesitas tener un sistema inmunol\u00f3gico muy fuerte. Prepara tu cuerpo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comiendo verduras durante todo el d\u00eda, para el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. Los verduras verdes ayudan a alimentar tus buenas bacterias intestinales. Sirve los huevos de la ma\u00f1ana sobre espinacas salteadas, agrega br\u00f3coli a tu salteado y use una col rizada como wrap para envolver.<\/li>\n<li>Mejora tu digesti\u00f3n, agrega un buen probi\u00f3tico a tu rutina diaria y un poco de magnesio para ayudar a aliviar el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/li>\n<li>Come lo m\u00e1s sano posible entre fiestas y festividades.
