Y es que con todas las celebraciones y reuniones de este mes, siempre vienen bien ideas saludables para snacks y picoteo de entretenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>La polenta se obtiene moliendo ma\u00edz, es muy utilizado en la cocina italiana para acompa\u00f1ar platos como si se tratase de pur\u00e9 de patatas, pero hoy la vamos a preparar en forma de chips.<\/p>\n<p>El ma\u00edz es el cereal m\u00e1s cultivado del mundo y tambi\u00e9n uno de los predilectos para adulterarlo gen\u00e9ticamente, haci\u00e9ndolo as\u00ed m\u00e1s productivo y resistente a los pesticidas, por esta raz\u00f3n y porque tradicionalmente es tratado con pesticidas para evitar plagas, debemos optar por ma\u00edz y polenta ecol\u00f3gica, as\u00ed evitaremos todos esos t\u00f3xicos nada convenientes para nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p>Si hablamos de las propiedades de la polenta, al estar molida es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil su digesti\u00f3n. Es rica en carotenos, un precursor de la vitamina A, y tambi\u00e9n en vitaminas del grupo B, esenciales para el metabolismo de los hidratos. Nos ayuda a controlar los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre y contrarresta el exceso de \u00e1cido en el est\u00f3mago, por lo que es genial para aquellos sensibles al gluten y con problemas class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Coloque la leche y las hojas de laurel en una cacerola a fuego fuerte y deje hervir. Vierta la polenta en forma de lluvia mientras da vueltas con unas barillas o una esp\u00e1tula, reduce el fuego y cocine, batiendo continuamente, durante 6 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 muy espeso.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Agregue la sal, la pimienta, las hierbas, el queso parmesano, el queso de cabra y mezcle para combinar. Retire y deseche las hojas de laurel. Forre una bandeja de horno de 26*35 cm con papel vegetal y presione la mezcla uniformemente en la bandeja.
