Las cenas suelen ser largas, e incluso las fiestas de trabajo pueden llegar hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Pero con toda esa alegr\u00eda festiva, incluso los m\u00e1s responsables de nosotros podr\u00edamos acabar con un dolor de cabeza no planificado antes de que termine diciembre. Estos son mis consejos probados para recuperarme al d\u00eda siguiente, de forma r\u00e1pida y sencilla. Puedes aliviar algo de esa presi\u00f3n meti\u00e9ndote en una ducha de agua fr\u00eda, o simplemente poniendo una bolsa de hielo en la cabeza.<\/p>\n<h4>\nHidratar con un rico batido.<\/h4>\n<p>Los batidos son una excelente soluci\u00f3n, especialmente si tienes problemas digestivos. Este <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/super-batido-espirulina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #f58168;\">batido de espirulina<\/span><\/a> est\u00e1 lleno de electrolitos y muchas cosas buenas: coco,\u00a0 almendras y pl\u00e1tanos. Y como la hidrataci\u00f3n es clave, los batidos te ayudar\u00e1n incluso si no tienes ganas de beber agua.<\/p>\n<h4>Comer un pl\u00e1tano.<\/h4>\n<p>Cuando se trata de resacas, los pl\u00e1tanos realmente son un s\u00faper alimento. Contienen altas cantidades de magnesio y potasio, que se agotan despu\u00e9s de beber demasiado alcohol.
