Y es que en casa la podemos tunear a nuestro gusto, que la queremos con extra de queso, pues le a\u00f1adimos m\u00e1s queso, que la queremos con poco tomate, pues echamos menos, con albahaca en vez de or\u00e9gano&#8230; nosotros somos los chefs \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta es la cl\u00e1sica que siempre hemos hecho en casa, con harina de trigo de fuerza 300-400w, pero he probado a hacerla con harina de espelta y tambi\u00e9n queda \u00a1espectacular!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi\u00a0favorita es la margarita, ya s\u00e9 que puede parecer sosa (solo tomate y queso), pero no cuando se hace en casa, con una buena mozzarella, una salsa de tomate aderezada con or\u00e9gano y para rematar un buen chorro de aceite picante o de parmesano rallado, \u00a1es insuperable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PD. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En un bol peque\u00f1o disuelve la levadura en un poco de agua tibia y d\u00e9jala reposar unos 10 minutos (empezar\u00e1 a fermentar y formar espuma).<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En otro bol pon la harina con la sal y el aceite, haz un hueco en el medio y echa la mezcla de la levadura. A\u00f1adiendo poco a poco harina de los laterales y agua, ve mezclando bien hasta que empieces a obtener una masa no pegajosa. A\u00f1ade m\u00e1s agua si fuera necesario o no pongas toda la harina si no la necesitas.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Coge la masa y ponla en una mesa limpia, espolvoreada con un poco de harina y amasa unos 5 minutos hasta que quede una masa lisa y ligada.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ahora ponla en un bol con un poco de harina, c\u00fabrela con un trapo limpio y d\u00e9jala reposar en un lugar tibio hasta que doble de volumen, unas 2 horas.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Una vez que ha pasado el tiempo de reposo, vuelve a amasar la masa durante un minuto, exti\u00e9ndela con el rodillo, d\u00e1ndole la forma y el grosor que m\u00e1s te guste y ponla en la bandeja de horno, p\u00edntala con aceite, c\u00fabrela con un trapo y dejala reposar otra media hora. (Este paso se puede saltar si quieres una masa plana y fina fina).<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Horn\u00e9ala durante 5 minutos. Ret\u00edrala del horno.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ya esta lista para condimentarla al gusto, salsa de tomate, queso\u2026. Horn\u00e9ala otros 20-30 minutos.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name\">Para la Margarita<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Mientras que la masa esta doblando su volumen, pon en un bol unos 400g de tomate natural troceado (o  triturado), una cucharadita de sal, un chorro de aceite, un ajo pelado y un poco de or\u00e9gano y deja reposar. Por supuesto tambi\u00e9n puedes usar tu salsa de tomate favorita. Y para un mejor resultado, usa mozzarella fresca, c\u00f3rtala en rodajas y s\u00e9calas con papel absorbente. <\/p><p>Cuando la masa ya ha reposado la segunda vez, extender encima el tomate, la mozzarella y unas hojas de albahaca.
