Pues porque la base est\u00e1 hecha ni m\u00e1s ni menos que con\u2026 \u00a1coliflor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora entend\u00e9is mejor mi escepticismo \u00bfverdad? 1\u00ba la coliflor nunca me ha gustado y 2\u00ba usarla como base para una pizza\u2026. no las ten\u00eda todas conmigo. Han sido muchas las veces que en el mercado he dicho: \u2018va, compro una coliflor y experimento, pero al final, mis dudas siempre hac\u00edan que me decantase por otras verduras. Y no ha sido hasta que mi madre ha aparecido en casa con una coliflor bajo el brazo, y claro est\u00e1 ocasi\u00f3n no pod\u00eda obviarla\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo bueno de esta pizza es que es mucho m\u00e1s sencilla que la tradicional, te evitas\u00a0el tiempo de amasado y fermentaci\u00f3n que necesita una base cl\u00e1sica.  El topping, cl\u00e1sico, base de salsa de tomate, mozzarella y luego al gusto, yo he optado por berenjena y cebolla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado, delicioso, el olor-sabor de coliflor que tanto me disgusta es inapreciable. \u00bfNo os parece una forma excelente de a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s verduras a vuestro d\u00eda? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Darle una oportunidad y nos cont\u00e1is!<br><\/p>\n\n\n<div wprm-color-header\">Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name\">Para la base<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Tritura la coliflor en un robot de cocina hasta que esta est\u00e9 muy muy fina, escurre el exceso de l\u00edquido y ponla en un bol. A\u00f1adir los copos de avena, las almendras, or\u00e9gano al gusto, sazona y a\u00f1ade los huevos uno a uno, mezclando bien para obtener una bola homog\u00e9nea. Tendr\u00e1 una textura m\u00e1s h\u00fameda y menos firme que la masa de pizza cl\u00e1sica. Con ayuda de una esp\u00e1tula, extiende la masa sobre una bandeja de horno forrada de papel vegetal, dej\u00e1ndola con un grosor de 2 cm y un poquito m\u00e1s gruesa por los bordes. Hornea a 180\u00baC durante 20 minutos.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name\">Los toppings<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Mientras tanto prepara el topping. Haz una salsa de tomate bastante espesa junto al ajo picado y unas gotas de aceite. En una sart\u00e9n asa la berenjena y la cebolla.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Cuando la base est\u00e9 lista, c\u00fabrela con la salsa de tomate, y la mitad de la r\u00facula. Escurre la mozzarella para quitarle el m\u00e1ximo l\u00edquido posible y distrib\u00fayela por encima. Por \u00faltimo coloca las rodajas de berenjena y cebolla y hornea durante 12 minutos a 200-220\u00baC.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">S\u00e1cala del horno, distribuye el resto de r\u00facula y roc\u00eda un buen chorro de aceite de oliva.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">\u00a1S\u00edrvela y sorprende al resto de la mesa con esta pizza nada convencional!<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div><!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Texto extra\u00eddo de mi antiguo blog.
