Adem\u00e1s es r\u00e1pida, f\u00e1cil y una excelente manera de usar los albaricoques y tomates que est\u00e1n en plena temporada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En verano mucho se habla de la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"sand\u00eda (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/ensalada-sandia-queso-feta-alino-rucula\/\" target=\"_blank\">sand\u00eda<\/a>, el mel\u00f3n, el <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/sunny-buddha-bowl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"pepino (opens in a new tab)\">pepino<\/a> o los tomates, pero hay muchos otros ingredientes ricos y deliciosos para sacarle jugo, y una de esas otras delicias del verano son los albaricoques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los albaricoques son ricos en las tres vitaminas antioxidantes por excelencia, vitamina A, C y E, por lo que resultan geniales para prevenir la degeneraci\u00f3n celular producida por los radicales libres (esas mol\u00e9culas inestables que andan sueltas y que roban electrones causando da\u00f1o, mutaci\u00f3n y muerte celular = envejecimiento). Son especialmente buenos para la salud de los ojos, de la piel y nos previenen de infecciones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente se comen con la piel por lo que es aconsejable comprar los que sean ecol\u00f3gicos. Han de tener un bonito color anaranjado, que est\u00e9n maduros, con la piel lisa y la pulpa firme. class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Caliente una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio-alto. Agregue el pollo a la sart\u00e9n y dora por ambos lados hasta que est\u00e9 dorado, aproximadamente 5 minutos en total.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Reduzca el fuego a medio bajo y vierta el caldo de pollo. Tape y cocine a fuego lento el pollo durante 5 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 medio cocido. Arregle el calabac\u00edn y los albaricoques  alrededor del pollo, si ves que el caldo se ha evaporado a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s.
