Pero reconozcamos que el poke est\u00e1 de moda y seguro que si pongo ensalada de sand\u00eda muchos pasar\u00edais de largo \ud83d\ude1d Adem\u00e1s la sand\u00eda da el pego y parece at\u00fan crudo \ud83d\ude0f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos me consideran una persona valiente, que se lanza a cualquier cosa, pero es curioso como yo no me considero as\u00ed, supongo que depender\u00e1 de con quien te compares, jeje. Bueno la cosa es que hace unas semanas me lanc\u00e9 e hice un Instagram live, una cosa que me hizo salir de mi zona de comfort y solo puedo decir que estoy super orgullosa. Y es que salir de tu zona de comfort puede resultar un poco aterrador pero todo lo que ganas cuando sales, es incre\u00edble, s\u00ed seguramente cometas errores o puedas hacerlo mejor, pero te hace aprender y crecer. Te cuento un poquito m\u00e1s en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariallamas.com\/sal-de-tu-zona-de-confort\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"este post. (opens in a new tab)\">este post.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno y ahora al grano, este poke bowl de sand\u00eda est\u00e1 excepcional, tanto que se ha convertido en una cena habitual desde el Instagram live, y es que el ali\u00f1o es brutal. Os dejo la receta pero sin cantidades exactas (salvo del ali\u00f1o para que teng\u00e1is una idea de las proporciones) pues es f\u00e1cilmente adaptable al n\u00famero de personas que se\u00e1is en
