los tallos y las hojas porque no sab\u00edamos que hacer con ello.<\/p>\n<p>Pues resulta que las podemos aprovechar y beneficiarnos de todos los nutrientes que nos aportan. Contribuyendo as\u00ed al #zerowaste o cero desperdicio.<\/p>\n<p>Son ricas en <strong>vitamina C<\/strong>, necesaria para producir\u00a0col\u00e1geno, y que ayuda a la salud de\u00a0la piel,\u00a0los dientes,\u00a0los huesos\u00a0y los\u00a0vasos sangu\u00edneos.<\/p>\n<p>Las hojas de la remolacha son una fuente importante de\u00a0<strong>Vitamina K.<\/strong> Este nutriente ayuda a controlar los factores coagulantes de la sangre.
