Intento que todo aquello que entra pueda ser utilizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace ya muuucho tiempo que me pas\u00e9 a las bolsas de tela cuando voy a comprar, unos meses que he sustituido las de pl\u00e1stico de la fruter\u00eda por unas de tela muy monas que me hizo mi madre. En vez de film utilizo unos <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2Qopwkb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"envoltorios de cera de abeja (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\">envoltorios de cera de abeja<\/a> y la comida la guardo en envases\/tarros de cristal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"980\" width=\"980\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mariallamas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Bolsas-de-algodo%CC%81n-1024x1024.jpg?resize=980%2C980&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1012\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"980\" width=\"980\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mariallamas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Envoltorio-cera-de-abeja-1024x1024.jpg?resize=980%2C980&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1015\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero hoy quiero hablar del desperdicio org\u00e1nico. Esa comida que tiramos porque se nos olvida que est\u00e1 en la nevera, porque hemos comprado\/cocinado de m\u00e1s o simplemente porque no sabemos que hacer con ella. Y s\u00ed siempre se puede reciclar y obtener compost de ello, pero si podemos sacarle todav\u00eda m\u00e1s provecho mejor que mejor \u00bfno crees?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que aqu\u00ed te dejo unos consejillos para aprovechar aun m\u00e1s los alimentos que compras:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cebolla, apio, puerro, chiriv\u00eda<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utiliza las pieles de la cebolla, zanahoria y chiriv\u00eda y las hojas y partes m\u00e1s verdes del apio y el puerro para preparar caldo de verduras o incorporar a tus estofados o guisos. Te aconsejo que trocees las pieles en trozos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y las congeles para tenerlas listas a la hora de cocinar o hacer el caldo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"1024\" width=\"683\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mariallamas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/hojas-de-zanahoria-683x1024.jpg?resize=683%2C1024&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Desperdicio cero\" class=\"wp-image-1018\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zanahoria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No me dig\u00e1is que no es bonito un manojo de zanahorias, el contraste del naranja con el verde me chifla. Seguro que alguna vez hab\u00e9is pensado que vaya desperdicio tanta hojita verde, pues sab\u00edas que contienen 6 veces m\u00e1s vitamina C que la ra\u00edz y como plus contiene vitamina K, que la ra\u00edz carece. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfY c\u00f3mo utilizarlas? Pues es m\u00e1s sencillo de lo que te puedes imaginar. \u00dasalas como si fueran perejil, en caldos, guisos, para hacer un pesto o incluso en batidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la piel de la zanahoria, la mejor forma de aprovecharla es en caldos y guisos, como hacemos con la cebolla, apio y puerro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Br\u00f3coli y coliflor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprovecha el tronco para hacer tambi\u00e9n caldo o simplemente cortarlo en trozos, a\u00f1ade un chorrito de aceite de oliva, alguna hierba y asarlo al horno. Tendr\u00e1s un acompa\u00f1ante espectacular. Cuando hago la pizza con base de br\u00f3coli o un falso cusc\u00fas, directamente lo rallo y lo incluyo con los floretes. \u00bfSab\u00edas que el tronco es donde se concentran la mayor parte de las vitaminas y minerales del br\u00f3coli y la coliflor? As\u00ed que si no quieres desperdiciar todo ese calcio y esas vitaminas, c\u00f3mete el tronco!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remolacha<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1\u00a1Cu\u00e1ntas veces habremos tirado los tallos y las hojas!! Pues bien, ya no tendr\u00e1s que hacerlo, puedes lograr el desperdicio cero utiliz\u00e1ndolos igual que har\u00edas con unas acelgas o espinacas. Para darte una idea m\u00e1s concreta, puedes echar un vistazo a esta receta de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Hojas y tallos de remolacha salteadas (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/hojas-de-remolacha-salteadas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hojas y tallos de remolacha salteadas<\/a>, est\u00e1 riqu\u00edsima y es perfecta para acompa\u00f1ar un plato principal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" height=\"1024\" width=\"712\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mariallamas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Remolaca-zerowaste-desperdicio-cero-712x1024.jpeg?resize=712%2C1024&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Desperdicio cero\" class=\"wp-image-1023\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Patatas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Saltea las pieles de la patata en aceite y espolvorea con sal y pimienta. Tienen un sabor fant\u00e1stico y son super crunchy. Es mejor hacerlo despu\u00e9s de pelarlas y no guardarlas para saltearlas en otra ocasi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parmesano<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Guarda la corteza del parmesano y \u00e9chalas al caldo o a una sopa, dan mucho sabor. Puedes guardarlos en un frasco en la nevera o congelador hasta que quieras usarlos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lim\u00f3n y naranja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Utiliza su piel para aromatizar el agua que bebes o preparar dulces. Incluyo queda genial rallada en un yogur. Tambi\u00e9n puedes secarlas o sum\u00e9rgirlas en vinagre para hacer un limpiador dom\u00e9stico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manzanas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e9 hacer con la piel y el coraz\u00f3n para lograr el desperdicio cero. Pues un delicioso vinagre de manzana. Llena un frasco con los restos, agrega una cucharada de az\u00facar, vierte agua solo para cubrir, asegura una tapa o un pa\u00f1o, remueve diariamente, espera y cuela. Las bacterias que se producen naturalmente en la fruta transformar\u00e1n el agua frutal en un poco alcoh\u00f3lica, luego en vinagre. Otra forma de conservarlas en preparar cubitos de hielo o aceite con las hierbas, simplemente p\u00edcalas, m\u00e9zclalas con aceite o agua, div\u00eddelo en moldes de cubitos de hielo y congela. A la hora de cocinar, basta con que a\u00f1adas un cubito a tu guiso o tu sart\u00e9n y le dar\u00e1s un toque arom\u00e1tico delicioso. \u00a1Nunca m\u00e1s tendr\u00e1s comidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y podr\u00edamos continuar m\u00e1s y m\u00e1s, la verdad que si buscas en internet hay infinidad de usos para todos los alimentos y sus distintas partes.
