Mucho menos sexy y siendo sinceros no tan delicioso. As\u00ed que aseg\u00farate que la remolacha est\u00e1 ASADA. Y es que no s\u00e9 que le pasa a la remolacha cuando se asa, que se vuelve m\u00e1gica. El color, el sabor&#8230; Todo en ella se transforma en algo incre\u00edblemente rico, delicioso y atractivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo mejor de este hummus de remolacha asada es que es muy sencillo de hacer. Una vez que tienes la remolacha asada, solo tienes que poner todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos y triturarlo. Y voil\u00e0 snack listo para disfrutar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como la remolacha se lleva su tiempo en asarse, yo aprovecho y lo que hago es asar bastantes de una vez. Una vez se enfr\u00edan, las que no uso, las troceo y las congelo.
