class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Para desalar el bacalao tienes que ponerlo en remojo al menos 48 horas, cambiando el agua de vez en cuando. Yo hago cambios de agua cada 24, 12 y 8 horas.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Para formar nuestras alb\u00f3ndigas, cortamos el pescado en tiras y \u00e9stas en cuadraditos, lo m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que podamos, si no con un procesador de alimentos es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Los colocamos en un bol junto al perejil picado, la almendra molida y el huevo, trabajando hasta formar una masa.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Formamos unas bolas con la masa, y doramos en una sart\u00e9n caliente con un poco de aceite. Las reservamos.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Preparamos una salsa cortando el hinojo en gajos, l\u00e1minas y doramos en una sart\u00e9n a fuego fuerte con un poco de aceite. A\u00f1adimos el diente de ajo  y un poco de perejil y lo removemos durante dos minutos. A\u00f1adimos el caldo de pescado y bajamos el fuego, dejando que se cocine durante 10 minutos.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Metemos los guisantes congelados y las alb\u00f3ndigas en el caldo, teniendo en cuenta que el nivel inicial de caldo no debe superar la mitad de su altura y dejamos que se haga el conjunto, dando un suave hervor durante cinco minutos.
