Un d\u00eda puedes ali\u00f1arlo con una vinagreta francesa donde la mostaza encaja perfectamente con el dulce delicado de la miel. Al d\u00eda siguiente puedes mezclar tu ensalada verde con un ali\u00f1o cremoso de aguacate, tan refrescante y saciante. Pon todos los ingredientes en un procesador o batidora, tritura y ta-daaaah magia!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes usarlo en ensaladas, como dip con crudit\u00e9s, en sandwiches o incluso para darle m\u00e1s sabor a una tortilla o unos huevos revueltos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando elijas un aceite de oliva, elige siempre aceite de oliva virgen extra prensado en fr\u00edo. El aceite es aterciopelado y con un sabor incre\u00edble. El cilantro ayuda a estimular el sistema digestivo y ayuda al h\u00edgado a desintoxicarse.
