La temporada de invierno est\u00e1 terminando y no he publicado ninguna receta de manzana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parece que este a\u00f1o he estado cocinando m\u00e1s comidas de calabaza que nunca. Probablemente porque tengo que darle un uso a los 35 kg de calabaza que compramos para Halloween \ud83d\ude05 S\u00ed, mi casa era muy acogedora y estaba muy bien decorada \ud83c\udf41\ud83c\udf83, pero ahora nos salen las calabazas por las orejas, jeje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero como no hay un oto\u00f1o-invierno sin una buena tarta de manzana, quer\u00eda traerte una especial. Una <strong>tarta de manzana y cardamomo<\/strong> con una corteza crujiente de espelta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me encanta usar la variedad de <strong>manzana Fuji<\/strong>, son dulces y s\u00faper crujientes y siempre se cocinan maravillosamente. Utilic\u00e9 harina de espelta y harina de almendras, esta le da un sutil sabor dulce exquisito. Y opt\u00e9 por aceite de coco en vez de mantequilla, pero creo que la pr\u00f3xima vez usar\u00e9 mantequilla pues me gusta m\u00e1s su sabor y para mi el sabor del coco roba bastante protagonismo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes servir esta tarta de manzana y cardamomo tibia o a temperatura ambiente, con un helado de vainilla casero o una deliciosa crema inglesa (\u00a1acabo de probar una hecha con crema de coco y est\u00e1 exquisita!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Etiqueta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/healthyforkful\/\">@healthyforkful<\/a> en Instagram o deja un comentario a continuaci\u00f3n si haces esta receta! Sobre una mesa ligeramente espolvoreada, estire con un rodillo una de ellas en forma redonda, lo suficientemente grande como para cubrir la base y los lados de un molde redondo de 11 cm. Estire otra bola de masa en un c\u00edrculo, y cubre las manzanas con ella.
