Yo he tenido la suerte y gran sorpresa de encontr\u00e1rmela en una de estas cajas de verdura que recibo semanalmente y no he podido resistirme en meterme en la cocina y prepararme una deliciosa ensalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sus hojas son dentadas, duras y \u00e1speras pero sobre todo como te dec\u00eda las reconocer\u00e1s por su flor. cuanto a su sabor, es algo amarga y por ello maravillosa, ya os coment\u00e9 en un art\u00edculo previo la importancia y lo saludable que era consumir <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/descubre-los-beneficios-del-sabor-amargo-endivias-con-parmesano-pera-a-la-parrilla-y-alino-de-mostaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"alimentos amargos (opens in a new tab)\">alimentos amargos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diente de le\u00f3n es bien conocido por todas sus propiedades medicinales, pues posee propiedades antiinflamatorias, antibacterianas y anticancer\u00edgenas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayuda a regular el metabolismo, favorece la regeneraci\u00f3n del h\u00edgado, pero sobre todo es conocido por facilitar la digesti\u00f3n y porque ayuda a drenar l\u00edquidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma m\u00e1s habitual es consumirla en infusi\u00f3n pero si la encuentras fresca, no dudes de prepararte esta ensalada porque
