Todos sabemos que necesitamos comer m\u00e1s verduras, cereales integrales, grasas saludables y menos alimentos procesados, pero muchas personas fallan en la planificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Si te organizas y sabes lo que comer\u00e1s todos los d\u00edas, tienes suficientes sncks saludables, o al menos tiene ingredientes nutritivos listos para comer, hay menos posibilidades de que sucumbas a un snack poco saludable o que corras desesperado por comer comida menos saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Me encanta reservar un par de horas los fines de semana para preparar snacks\u00a0 para la semana. El chocolate negro contiene magnesio, hierro y antioxidantes. Tambi\u00e9n aumenta las hormonas responsables de sentirse bien y relajarse.
