Por eso, quer\u00eda aprovechar para hablar de peque\u00f1os trucos que nos permitan disfrutar de las Navidades y a la vez mantener nuestro cuerpo y mente sanos y felices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo primero de todo es empezar con un buen desayuno nutritivo, muchas de esas celebraciones nos har\u00e1n comer fuera, pero casi seguro que a la hora del desayuno estaremos en casa, aprov\u00e9chalo y prep\u00e1rate algo que realmente&nbsp;alimente y d\u00e9 energ\u00eda. Mi primera opci\u00f3n ser\u00eda sin duda un bol gigante de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/porridge-de-chocolate\/\">porridge<\/a>, la avena te ayuda a estabilizar los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre o lo que es lo mismo, estar\u00e1s saciado durante mucho m\u00e1s tiempo y no caer\u00e1s en la tentaci\u00f3n de los cl\u00e1sicos snacks navide\u00f1os cargados de az\u00facar. Otra opci\u00f3n ser\u00eda un&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/thetartprincess.com\/pudding-de-semillas-chia\/\" target=\"_blank\">pudding de chia<\/a>&nbsp;y si se va con prisas o sois de los que ten\u00e9is el est\u00f3mago cerrado por la ma\u00f1ana, mejor optar por un buen&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"batido (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/batido-citricos-invierno\/\" target=\"_blank\">batido<\/a>, igualmente cargado de ingredientes ricos en nutrientes, almendras, espinacas, pl\u00e1tano\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siguiente paso,&nbsp;lleva siempre contigo una botella grande de agua. Dicen que muchos de los males que sufrimos es por no estar bien hidratados, \u00a1por no decir del brillo de nuestra piel! Si te pasa como a m\u00ed, que con el fr\u00edo no me apetece beber agua fr\u00eda o ni tan siquiera tienes sensaci\u00f3n de sed, opta por beber infusiones o t\u00e9 verde y no te olvides que las&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/thetartprincess.com\/crema-de-calabaza-asada-y-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sopas<\/a>, caldos, frutas y verduras tambi\u00e9n nos hidratan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro buen consejo es llenar la nevera de ingredientes y snacks saludables. Muchas veces, despu\u00e9s de una comilona navide\u00f1a, nos apetece&nbsp;picar algo a media tarde o media noche,&nbsp;y no hay nada mejor que tener \u00fanicamente&nbsp;deliciosas opciones sanas para no caer en malas tentaciones&nbsp;&nbsp;Yo opto siempre por unas&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/thetartprincess.com\/muffins-de-centeno-con-doble-chocolate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">muffins<\/a>&nbsp;o&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/thetartprincess.com\/bocados-de-manzana-y-canela\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cookies<\/a>&nbsp;sin az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos o alg\u00fan dip como el cl\u00e1sico hummus o&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/thetartprincess.com\/recetas-rapidas-para-halloween\/\">guacamole<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salir a dar un paseo despu\u00e9s de un atrac\u00f3n nos ir\u00e1 bien para bajar la comida y sentirnos menos hinchados. Es genial sentir el aire fr\u00edo en la piel&nbsp;y caminar libremente por las tranquilas calles en la ma\u00f1ana de Navidad, San Esteban o&nbsp;A\u00f1o Nuevo. Cuando llegues a casa te sentir\u00e1s mucho m\u00e1s ligero y satisfecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s que nunca debemos&nbsp;\u2018abusar\u2019 de ricas especias como el jengibre, la c\u00farcuma o el comino. Intenta incorporar frutas o verduras a los dulces, decora con frambuesas o ar\u00e1ndanos en vez de con caramelo. Opta por una pastel&nbsp;de zanahoria, de calabac\u00edn, de chocolate y remolacha, o por ejemplo una como la que os traigo hoy, una tarta especiada de chiriv\u00eda, jugosa, rica y deliciosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero lo m\u00e1s importante en cualquier caso,&nbsp;es que disfrutes de las celebraciones, del momento, de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y no te sientas culpable si te has tomado unas copas de cava de m\u00e1s o has engullido unos cuantos polvorones la \u00faltima noche. Lo principal&nbsp;es disfrutar de ello y saber que todo debe formar parte de una vida equilibrada, unos d\u00edas m\u00e1s unos d\u00edas menos, pero siempre de forma totalmente consciente y
