Cuando era peque\u00f1a y tuve la oportunidad de aprender de mano de mi madre, yo prefer\u00eda dedicarme a los postres\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya de mayor, independizada y lejos de la tierra patria, he intentado cocinar alg\u00fan manjar t\u00edpico, pero la verdad que con un mont\u00f3n de decepciones, las dos veces que he hecho paella estaban poco sabrosas, el arroz al horno ins\u00edpido y con el cocido madrile\u00f1o ni me he atrevido\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a platos de pescado, con el \u00fanico cl\u00e1sico que me he lanzado ha sido con la merluza\u00a0a la vasca y\u2026. \u00a1bingo! este s\u00ed que me sale\u00a0rico, rico. Hasta he hecho el caldo y todo. Es la segunda vez que lo hago\u00a0y las dos veces he terminado relamiendo el plato.\u00a0Aunque por supuesto ten\u00eda que modificar un poquito la receta y he sustituido la merluza por el rape class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Yo antes de nada he preparado el caldo de pescado con la espina del rape, las cabezas de las gambas, media cebolla, una zanahoria y un trozo de puerro. Lo he cubierto todo con agua fr\u00eda y lo he puesto a hervir unos 30 minutos a fuego medio.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Secar las colas de rape con un papel absorbente. Cortarlas por la mitad si veis que de largo no os entran las colas en la sart\u00e9n que teng\u00e1is. Enharinarlas y reservar unos minutos.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">En la sart\u00e9n calentar un poco de aceite a fuego medio alto, a\u00f1adir las colas enharinadas y dejar que se doren bien por cada lado, un par de minutos. Retirar y reservar.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1adir un poco m\u00e1s de aceite y bajar el fuego a medio, agregar la cebolla y el ajo y cocinar unos minutos hasta que est\u00e9 transl\u00facida. A\u00f1adir las almejas y las gambas y tras un minuto verter el vino blanco.
