Empieza la temporada de los helados, los mousses, los granizados, sorbetes, tartas heladas y otros postres cargaditos de&nbsp;las deliciosas frutas veraniegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy os traemos uno bien rico, ligero y nutritivo. Unos vasitos de pudding de ch\u00eda con frambuesa y yogur griego. Las semillas de ch\u00eda os las presentamos hace unos meses y os contamos todas sus propiedades. Se pueden preparar de muchas formas, basta con que teng\u00e1is claro la siguiente regla: 1 porci\u00f3n de ch\u00eda\/4 de l\u00edquido. Con esta f\u00f3rmula podr\u00e9is preparar infinidad de combinaciones y jugar hasta encontrar mezclas imposibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como l\u00edquido pod\u00e9is usar leche de vaca, bebida de almendra, de coco, de avena, de soja, zumo de naranja, de fresa, batido de chocolate\u2026 y para darle el toque de postre, culminarlo con yogur griego, crema de cacahuete, crema de almendra, mermeladas de frutas\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo me suelo preparar un par de vasitos y los guardo en la nevera, as\u00ed los tengo de comod\u00edn para cuando me da el antojo despu\u00e9s de cenar o necesito un
