El estar saludable no se trata de hacer dieta o comer solo verduras. La importancia es encontrar una dieta equilibrada, para asegurarse de obtener productos org\u00e1nicos siempre que podamos, ir por carnes de pollo y alimentadas con pasto, o de fuentes confiables (\u00a1hazte amigo de tu carnicero!) Y lo ideal es que la mitad de tu plato sean verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y eso es exactamente lo que encontrar\u00e1s en este plato: un delicioso y sabroso cusc\u00fas de coliflor con pollo. Un poco de \u00abarroz frito\u00bb, pero sin el arroz y sin el frito. El 50% del plato eran vegetales, el otro 25% prote\u00edna y el \u00faltimo 25% hidratos de los guisantes y las verduras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este plato tiene garant\u00eda de \u00e9xito entre entre los Agregue el pollo picado y saltee hasta que est\u00e9 completamente hecho. Agregue la coliflor, los guisantes, el jengibre molido y cocina un par de minutos, hasta que la coliflor est\u00e9 un poco hecha pero no muy blanda. Haz un hueco en el medio de la sart\u00e9n y agrega los huevos batidos.
