Podr\u00edamos decir que son peque\u00f1as joyas nutritivas. Est\u00e1n cargados de vitaminas del grupo B, vitamina K, minerales y una excelente fuente de prote\u00edna vegetal y carbohidratos complejos. 160g de guisantes tiene 8 gramos de prote\u00edna (similar a la quinoa).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s ayuda a prevenir la diabetes tipo 2, tiene propiedades antioxidantes y anti inflamatorias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero lo mejor de todo es que son
