Esta pasta est\u00e1 hecha en 15 minutos y en una sola olla, si, como lo lees, cocinamos la pasta y la salsa a la vez en la misma olla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que la pasta con tomate es una de mis favoritas, me gusta a\u00f1adirle unas gotas de aceite picante para hacerla all&#8217;rrabbiata como dir\u00edan los italianos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como prote\u00edna, puedes elegir una pasta elaborada con legumbres o incluso son alg\u00fan pseudocereal (mi preferida es la de trigo sarraceno) y adem\u00e1s del queso podr\u00edas a\u00f1adirle at\u00fan, \u00a1quedar\u00eda genial! Pero puedes a\u00f1adirle la fuete de prote\u00edna que prefieras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tomates son una fuente excelente de licopeno, un antioxidante que est\u00e1 vinculado a montones de beneficios para la salud, como reducir el riesgo de enfermedades cardiovasculares, protegen el h\u00edgado, ri\u00f1ones y huesos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieres ver m\u00e1s recetas con tomates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
