Est\u00e1 hecha con dedicaci\u00f3n, cari\u00f1o y unas deliciosas moras que recolect\u00e9 en unos de mis paseos por el cam\u00ed de cavalls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las moras te proporciona fibra, vitaminas C y E, \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, algo de hierro y muchas antocianinas (pigmentos que le dan ese color p\u00farpura caracter\u00edstico \ud83d\udc9c y protege de los rayos ultravioleta). Tambi\u00e9n contienen cianidina-3-gluc\u00f3sido con propiedades antitumorales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las moras est\u00e1n deliciosas as\u00ed al natural, con el porridge o con yogur griego y un poco de granola. Siempre que puedo intento elaborar postres con frutas, por el hecho de a\u00f1adirle un plus nutritivo al plato y que forme parte de una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariallamas.com\/nutricion-amable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nutrici\u00f3n amable<\/a> \ud83d\ude09 Y as\u00ed naci\u00f3 esta delicada galette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se que no es temporada de moras y que probablemente no est\u00e9s en Menorca, esta galette est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n rica hecha con moras o ar\u00e1ndanos congelados y porqu\u00e9 no de <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/tarta-de-cumpleanos-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fresas<\/a> que estas s\u00ed que est\u00e1n de temporada. <\/p>\n\n\n<div cortada en dados. Con ayuda de la yema de los dedos, deshacer la mantequilla en la harina, cuando m\u00e1s o menos tengas textura de migas de pan, j\u00fantalo todo para formar una masa homog\u00e9nea, si ves que necesitas un poco de agua a\u00f1\u00e1dela bien fr\u00eda y cucharada a cucharada. Ten cuidado de no trabajar en exceso la masa. Envolver con papel de horno y refrigerar unos 30 minutos.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Precalentar el horno a 180\u00baC. En un bol, mezclar las moras con el zumo de lim\u00f3n y la miel, dar vueltas para que se impregnen bien las moras. En otro bol, mezclar los copos de avena, la canela y la miel.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sobre papel de horno y con ayuda de un rodillo extender la masa en forma de c\u00edrculo de 30-34 cm aproximadamente. Extender sobre la base la mezcla de los copos, dejando unos 4 cm de borde y disponer las moras en el centro. Subir los bordes de la masa como tapando ligeramente las moras. Pintar los bordes subidos con la yema de huevo batida y espolvorear con la cucharada de az\u00facar para que quede m\u00e1s crujiente (opcional). Hornear unos 30 minutos hasta que la masa est\u00e9 dorada y las moras est\u00e9n ligeramente burbujeando.
