Al utilizar coco en lugar de la tradicional harina de trigo, estamos haciendo que estas tortitas sean aptas para celiacos y excelentes para diab\u00e9ticos porque no hace que tu az\u00facar en sangre suba tan bruscamente como las harinas refinadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El pl\u00e1tano Banana<\/strong> es considerada una fruta prohibida por su gran alto contenido en az\u00facar. Es cierto que es una fruta muy energ\u00e9tica, pero tenemos que comenzar a cambiar el chip. Los pl\u00e1tanos son una fruta excelente rica en potasio que ayuda a prevenir calambres en los m\u00fasuculos y nos ayuda a regular nuestra presi\u00f3n arterial. Cocinar con pl\u00e1tanos es ideal pues a\u00f1ade un mont\u00f3n de jugosidad y humedad a las masas y adem\u00e1s hace que reduzcas la cantidad de grasa y az\u00facar en la receta.<\/p>\n<p>La prote\u00edna es uno de los nutrientes m\u00e1s esenciales en nuestra dieta (nos ayuda a construir y reparar nuestros tejidos. Los <strong>huevos<\/strong> son una de las mejores fuentes de prote\u00edna completa y de mejor calidad biol\u00f3gica. Nos aporta vitamina A, B12 y \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y nos ayudan a mejorar y promover la salud de nuestro cerebro.<\/p>\n<p>Estas tortitas de pl\u00e1tano y coco son mi desayuno favorito en estas semanas. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es el tuyo?
