Es f\u00e1cil de hacer al aire libre o en interiores y la cosecha veraniega queda genial con ese toque a la parrilla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es cierto que muchos ya asan pimientos, calabacines y cebollas en brochetas con trozos de carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero hay otras verduras \u00a1y frutas! tambi\u00e9n s\u00faper sabrosas y ricas en nutrientes. Que puedes comenzar a considerar cuando enciendas la barbacoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son perfectos para servir ya sea en unas brochetas con gambas, una hamburguesa de carne de paso o como protagonistas de una fiesta en la piscina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intente agregar estas frutas y verduras a la parrilla al men\u00fa para su pr\u00f3xima barbacoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Algunas de mis frutas favoritas para asar melocotones, pi\u00f1a, sand\u00eda o mango. En cuanto a verdura id m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y hacer cogollos de lechuga a la parrilla, endivias y aguacates \u00a1pero deja volar tu imaginaci\u00f3n! Elijas lo que elijas, sigue los siguientes pasos para que te queden impecables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unos consejos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cuando hagas fruta, que est\u00e9 madura, pero no demasiado. La fruta cruda debe estar ligeramente firme para que se sostenga en la parrilla. El calor carameliza los az\u00facares en las frutas y debilita la estructura, por lo que es probable que algo demasiado maduro o blando se desmorone.<\/li><li>Y tambi\u00e9n considera el tama\u00f1o de los trozos para evitar que se caigan entre las varillas de la parrilla. <\/li><li>Importante, deja que se haga a su ritmo, sin molestarla ni darle vueltas cada dos por tres. Unos tres minutos por cada lado ser\u00e1 ideal para un toque dorado. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ideas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo, saca tu lado creativo y combina a tu gusto.
