Tradicionalmente consiste en una tortilla de ma\u00edz rellena con carne y verduras, y que no se llega a cerrar. El m\u00e1s popular es el <strong>taco pastor<\/strong> que est\u00e1 relleno de un guiso a base de carne, especias y jud\u00edas negras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo hoy he querido reversionar este plato a uno sin carne, potente de sabor y deconstruido en plan ensalada, b\u00e1sicamente porque no ten\u00eda tortillas de ma\u00edz en casa \ud83d\ude1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta versi\u00f3n est\u00e1 llena de fibra, prote\u00ednas, grasas saludables y todo lo que necesitas para satisfacer ese antojo de tacos con un toque m\u00e1s saludable gracias a las jud\u00edas negras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho te animo a comprometerte a comer m\u00e1s legumbres, aunque sea una\/dos veces por semana. Es una buena forma de contribuir al planeta y reducir la huella de carbono, adem\u00e1s que las legumbres son m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas que la carne \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para el taco deconstruido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer este taco deconstru\u00eddo necesitas una mezcla de texturas y sabores: algo cremoso, algo picante y algo crujiente , todo sobre muchas verduras. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es lo que utilizo para hacer esta receta saludable de taco en ensalada, tan abundante, fresca y divertido:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mezcla de lechugas crujiente, porque no ser\u00eda un taco en ensalada sin una base crujiente. <\/li><li>\u00abCarne\u00bb para tacos con champi\u00f1\u00f3n y jud\u00edas negras. Para darle sabor piment\u00f3n, soja y vinagre bals\u00e1mico, esto le dar\u00e1 un sabor ahumado y robusto excepcional. <\/li><li>Pimientos asados.<\/li><li>Tomates, para darle color y frescura.<\/li><li>Maiz, para darle un extra de color.<\/li><li>Aguacate con lim\u00f3n, para un toque cremoso y estimulante por el lim\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por supuesto, como todas las recetas de ensaladas, puedes jugar con ella. Usa las verduras que tienes a mano o ajusta los ingredientes para hacer algo que realmente te encante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puedes cambiar el aguacate por una crema a base de anacardos, por yogur griego, un <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/alino-de-cilantro\/\">ali\u00f1o de cilantro<\/a>.
