Junto con las habas, ambos son excelente fuente de prote\u00edna vegetal y que te proporcionar\u00e1n energ\u00eda de lenta liberaci\u00f3n para proporcionar a tus m\u00fasculos la energ\u00eda que necesitan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resto de la ensalada, es coser y cantar.
