Ya sabes, ese que echa un vistazo a la nevera e inmediatamente le sale un plan de comida brillante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Huevos con verduras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya sea en forma de huevos revueltos, tortilla o a la plancha, los huevos siempre combinan bien con cualquier tipo de verduras que tengas en tu nevera. Pollo\/Tofu con verduras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pollo a la brasa o tofu salteado, marinados, con unas sencillas hierbas provenzales o alg\u00fan rico ali\u00f1o y servido con las verduras que tengas por casa.  Ensalada de kale, boniato, espinacas salteadas&#8230; Y si te gusta eso del batch cooking, puedes preparar una gran tirada y usarlo durante la semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tacos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unas buenas tortillas de maiz y puedes improvisar diferentes tipos de tacos. Con ternera o pollo que tengas sobrante, con jud\u00edas negras o alubias pueden ser tambi\u00e9n la base de tu cena, luego solo tienes que apilar buena cantidad de verduras y por supuesto condimentos. Juega con sabores, no tienes solo porqu\u00e9 darle toques mexicanos, tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edas a\u00f1adirle kimchi y darle un estilo m\u00e1s coreano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ensalada de quinoa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La quinoa se cuece en 15 minutos (20 como m\u00e1ximo) y tiene un sabor neutral que b\u00e1sicamente puedes combinarlo con cualquier cosa. Por ejemplo, dale un estilo griego a\u00f1adi\u00e9ndole tomates, pepino, aceitunas, feta y un ali\u00f1o con lim\u00f3n. O ingredientes sobrantes de los tacos, unas jud\u00edas, ma\u00edz, aguacate, tomate&#8230; Y si quieres con m\u00e1s prote\u00edna, a\u00f1\u00e1de un huevo, tofu, salm\u00f3n o pollo a la parrilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Sopa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Realmente no necesitas una receta para hacer una sopa. Salm\u00f3n y ensalada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pon un filete de salm\u00f3n en la parrilla, s\u00edrvelo con alguno de estos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariallamas.com\/guia-definitiva-para-crear-tus-propios-alinos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ricos ali\u00f1os<\/a> y mientras se est\u00e1 cocinando preparate una ensalada. La que sea. Desde una sencilla ensalada de r\u00facula o can\u00f3nigos a una de tomates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra forma de hacerlo ser\u00eda, poner en una bandeja de horno el salm\u00f3n y unas verduras (pimiento, calabac\u00edn, cebolla, hinojo) y asarlo todo a la vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Pasta con verdura<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La pasta tiene mala fama de que no es saludable, de que engorda, pero mucho m\u00e1s lejos de la realidad. Adem\u00e1s de que hay muchos tipos de pasta elaboradas con ingredientes m\u00e1s nutritivos como legumbres o cereales integrales. Lo mejor es que cualquier tipo de pasta puedes servirla con montones de verdura.
