Su textura es mucho m\u00e1s interesante y crujiente que la <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/granola-clasica\/\">granola cl\u00e1sica<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De hecho, podr\u00eda decir que podr\u00eda comer granola todo el d\u00eda. Probablemente porque la granola es un alimento b\u00e1sico en el desayuno y el desayuno es mi comida favorita del d\u00eda, as\u00ed que siempre encuentro una excusa para desayunar tres veces al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n la granola es un excelente snack. En esta versi\u00f3n con trigo sarraceno he cambiado la avena cl\u00e1sica por granos de trigo sarraceno, que es apto para los cel\u00edacos. He usado aceite de coco y d\u00e1tiles como edulcorante.<\/p>\n<p>Como la mayor\u00eda de las granolas, puedes darle tu propio toque. Agrega tus nueces o especias favoritas y personaliza la granola a tu gusto.<\/p>\n<p>Sirve con yogur natural o yogur de coco, con fruta fresca, pl\u00e1tano, kiwi o fresas son geniales. Tambi\u00e9n puede a\u00f1adir cucharadas de granola de trigo sarraceno en tus batidos, compota de manzana o incluso en masa para muffins, antes de hornearlos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Granola de trigo sarraceno<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>200 gr de granos de trigo sarraceno crudo<br \/>\n160 gr de almendras picadas<br \/>\n35 gr de semillas de s\u00e9samo<br \/>\n200 gr de semillas de calabaza<br \/>\n45 gr de semillas de ch\u00eda<br \/>\n65 gr de ar\u00e1ndanos secos sin az\u00facar<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de jengibre molido<br \/>\n125 ml de sirope de arce o miel<br \/>\n1 cucharada de aceite de coco derretido<\/p>\n<p>1 pu\u00f1ado de ar\u00e1ndanos deshidratados<\/p>\n<p>En un bol ponemos granos de trigo sarraceno, tapar con agua fr\u00eda (temperatura ambiente) y dejar reposar durante la noche.<\/p>\n<p>Escurra el trigo sarraceno y enjuague con agua fr\u00eda. Escurrir bien y poner en un bol con almendras, semillas, ch\u00eda, jengibre, alm\u00edbar o miel y aceite de coco. Mezclar bien con la mano o con una cuchara de madera hasta que todo quede bien cubierto con el alm\u00edbar y el aceite.<\/p>\n<p>Forre una bandeja de horno con papel de horno.
