Pero estas \u00faltimas semanas est\u00e1n sido especialmente estresantes para mi. Trabajo con muchos cambios a la vez, incertidumbre falta de contacto con amigos, familia que est\u00e1 lejos&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo esto me hace sentir desmotivada, un poco ap\u00e1tica, deca\u00edda y sin mucha fuerza. Cuando esto pasa, adem\u00e1s del estado emocional, tambi\u00e9n decae mi energ\u00eda, mi sistema inmunol\u00f3gico se debilita y mi salud digestiva no est\u00e1 muy fina&#8230; me siento m\u00e1s hinchada e inc\u00f3moda de lo habitual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando me siento as\u00ed, mi deseo por alimentos dulces que no son muy nutritivos que digamos se incrementa. Despu\u00e9s de muchos a\u00f1os y de un trabajo profundo de autoconocimiendo, puedo decir que conozco mi cuerpo, que se c\u00f3mo reacciona cuando me meto en ese bucle de estr\u00e9s-desconexi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que m\u00e1s me ha funcionado para no dejarme llevar, es prestar atenci\u00f3n a los s\u00edntomas con anticipaci\u00f3n, c\u00f3mo mi cuerpo se siente bajo estr\u00e9s, c\u00f3mo reacciono, cuales son mis detonantes&#8230;. Esos alimentos antiestr\u00e9s que estabilizar\u00e1n mi estado de \u00e1nimo y niveles de energ\u00eda. <br><br>Cuando s\u00e9 que van a venir semanas estresantes o en cuanto soy consciente de que estoy sintiendo ese estr\u00e9s en mi cuerpo. Inundo mi cocina y mis platos con estos alimentos antiestr\u00e9s que tienen compuestos y vitaminas y minerales espec\u00edficos que nos ayudan a sentirnos m\u00e1s tranquilos y relajados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anacardos, semillas de s\u00e9samo, semillas de calabaza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos ayudan a producir serotonina, un neurotransmisor responsable de hacernos sentir bien. Se le llama la hormona de la felicidad. La serotonina es fundamental para el correcto desarrollo del sistema nervioso ent\u00e9rico. Puedes disfrutarlos solos o a\u00f1\u00e1deselos a tus batidos para darle un toque m\u00e1s cremoso, ensaladas para un toque crunchy o como aderezo para su sopa favorita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a1\u00a1Cacao, yeeees por favor !! <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunos estudios se han referido al cacao como la nueva soluci\u00f3n contra la ansiedad y uno de los alimentos antiestr\u00e9s favoritos.. Demostraron que quienes beben una rica <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/bebidas-navidenas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bebida de cacao<\/a> quedan m\u00e1s tranquilos que quienes no lo hacen. Pero no me mal interpretes, por cacao no se refieren a esas barras de chocolate que encuentras en los supermercados, sino al cacao puro en polvo o semillas (cacao nibs). Pero tambi\u00e9n hace frente a los altos niveles de estr\u00e9s reduciendo los cambios de humor y mejorando el sue\u00f1o. Siempre opta por prote\u00ednas de calidad como carne de pasto, pescado salvaje, huevos de gallinas camperas, yogur de cabra u oveja, pseudocereales como la quinoa, trigo sarraceno o amaranto, legumbres o un tempeh de buena calidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pescado azul es particularmente bueno, pues adem\u00e1s tiene un alto contenido de omega-3 que ayuda a combatir la inflamaci\u00f3n causada por el estr\u00e9s. Elige siempre pescado azul peque\u00f1o pues su contenido en mercurio es mucho mejor, sardinas, boquerones, caballa&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prote\u00edna de origen animal nos aporta tambi\u00e9n vitamina B12, un estimulante cerebral que ayuda al sistema nervioso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recetas para potenciar la prote\u00edna:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/shakshuka\/\" target=\"_blank\">Shakshuka<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/hamburguesa-coliflor-saludable\/\" target=\"_blank\">Burger de coliflor<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/albondigas-de-bacalao-e-hinojo\/\" target=\"_blank\">Alb\u00f3ndigas de bacalao e hinojo<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/pollo-sarten-albaricoques\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pollo a la sart\u00e9n con albaricoques<\/a><\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/alubias-blancas-con-alcachofas-y-gambas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Alubias blancas con alcachofas y gambas<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alimentos fermentados<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las \u00faltimas semanas he estado tomando k\u00e9fir todas las ma\u00f1anas, lo que me ha ayudado a equilibrar mi flora intestinal. No tienes porqu\u00e9 comer una diferente cada d\u00eda, por ejemplo, durante una semana puedes centrarte en 3, br\u00f3coli, kale y berros. La semana siguiente otros tres, endivias, esp\u00e1rragos y coles de Bruselas&#8230; y as\u00ed ir\u00e1s variando sin agobiarte<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pl\u00e1tanos <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayudan a producir serotonina, una buena hormona responsable de hacernos sentir bien. Tambi\u00e9n ayuda a una funci\u00f3n intestinal adecuada. Es bien sabido por todos que los pl\u00e1tanos tienen un alto contenido de potasio, lo que puede ayudar a reducir la presi\u00f3n arterial y mejorar la salud cardiovascular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitamina D<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos de nosotros sufrimos de niveles bajos de vitamina D, s\u00ed, incluso los que vivimos en una ciudad\/pa\u00eds soleados. Este bajo nivel est\u00e1 asociado con trastornos de p\u00e1nico, adem\u00e1s la vitamina D es esencial para la mineralizaci\u00f3n del calcio y los huesos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando te sientas agotado y estresado, t\u00f3mate unos minutos al aire libre, al sol y haz un par de respiraciones.
