Hasta que encuentres aquella en la que disfrutas realmente de la verdura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mi las coles de Bruselas me gustan especialmente salteadas o incluso crudas en ensalada. Cocidas&#8230; No gracias!<br><br>Las coles de Bruselas son ligeramente dulces y saladas a la vez. Su perfil nutritivo es incre\u00edble con beneficios para la salud cardiovascular, favorecen la desintoxicaci\u00f3n, la digesti\u00f3n y tiene efectos antiinflamatorios. Ricas en vitamina K, C, A, potasio, manganeso, folato y fibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprar coles de Bruselas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando vayas a comprar coles de Bruselas, opta por aquellas que tienen una textura tersa, firme y un aspecto fresco. La base deber\u00eda ser de un tono m\u00e1s claro que las hojas que deben ser d eun tono oscuro. Si est\u00e1n amarillentas o marrones es que son viejas. A\u00f1adir la quinoa cocida y saltear un minuto. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Hacer un hueco en el centro de la sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adir una cucharadita de aceite y ponerlo el huevo en el centro.
