S\u00ed, as\u00ed gorditos, esponjosos y jugosos mmmm deliciosos!!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Cuando es \u00e9poca de calabazas y mi madre me trae calabazas gigantes del pueblo, lo que suelo hacer es asarlas, triturar en pur\u00e9 y congelar para futuros usos. \u00bfQu\u00e9 c\u00f3mo uso el pur\u00e9? Pues directamente para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/crema-de-calabaza-asada-y-coco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cremas<\/a>, a\u00f1adir al hummus, <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/pastel-especiado-de-calabaza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bizcochos<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/salsa-calabaza-asada\/\">salsa <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/salsa-calabaza-asada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">para<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/salsa-calabaza-asada\/\"> pasta<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/tarta-clasica-de-calabaza-con-un-twist\/\">cl\u00e1sica <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/tarta-clasica-de-calabaza-con-un-twist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tarta<\/a> de Acci\u00f3n de Gracias y por supuesto para hacer estos deliciosos pancakes de calabaza, la verdad que hay infinidad de posibilidades.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>He probado varias recetas, pero esta es mi favorita, porque los pancakes quedan jugosos, blanditos, esponjosos, delicadamente especiados&#8230; vamos, una exquisitez! \u00bfQu\u00e9 otra cosa desear\u00edas para un rico desayuno?<\/p>\n<p>Pues que adem\u00e1s fuese nutritivo, \u00a1y estos pancakes de calabaza lo son! Con alimentos que cuidan tus hormonas y tu salud intestinal, manteniendo el az\u00facar en sangre estable. Y todo esto sin comprometer en sabor o textura.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><b>PANCAKES ESPECIADAS DE CALABAZA, BUENAS PARA TU INTESTINO Y PARA TUS HORMONAS<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>AVENA: Rica en betaglucanos, te ayudan a mantener estables tu niveles de az\u00facar en sangre, esencial para tu energ\u00eda, tus hormonas y estar de buen humor.<\/p>\n<p>LINO: fuente maravillosa de fibra promoviendo una buena digesti\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s ayuda a metabolizar estr\u00f3genos<\/p>\n<p>CANELA y clavo: especias naturalmente dulces que ayudan a reducir la insulina para equilibrar el az\u00facar en sangre.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>CALABAZA: rica en betacarotenos, que son antioxidantes que todos necesitamos. Una manera estupenda de a\u00f1adir unas verduras a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>HUEVOS: fuente excelente de prote\u00ednas y omega 3, ayuda a reducir la inflamaci\u00f3n y mejorar tu funci\u00f3n cerebral<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto, puedes dar rienda suelta a tu creatividad, sustituir la calabaza por pur\u00e9 de boniato, y la avena por almendra molida y el lino por semillas de ch\u00eda. No dudes en a\u00f1adir prote\u00edna en polvo para que sean aun m\u00e1s saciantes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/healthyforkful.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Pancakes-de-calabaza-3.jpg?w=980&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Pancakes de calabaza\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hablemos de toppings<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Es cierto que las especias hacen que estos pancakes de calabaza no necesitan mucho adorno, pero si alguien est\u00e1 dispuesto a a\u00f1adir un extra de diversi\u00f3n, ah\u00ed van unas sugerencias:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A mi especialmente me encanta con una compota de frutos rojos que hago en un momento, no hay receta en s\u00ed, es simplemente frutos rojos congelados (ar\u00e1ndanos, frambuesas, moras, o un mix) con unos d\u00e1tiles machacados o un chorrito de miel, reducido ligeramente en un cazo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cl\u00e1sico yogur griego natural o de coco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una cucharada de crema de frutos secos, mi favorita la de avellanas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un chorrito de sirope de arce o miel nunca defrauda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reques\u00f3n, mat\u00f3 o queso batido, con frutas frescas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si quieres ir por lo salado, podemos omitir las especias de la masa y servirlo con unas espinacas y champi\u00f1ones salteados, o el reques\u00f3n y en vez de acompa\u00f1arlo con fruta, espolvorear or\u00e9gano y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida. O unas l\u00e1minas de aguacate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Lo que m\u00e1s me gusta de estos pancakes de calabaza es que puedes congelarlos y disfrutarlos otro d\u00eda tostados. Quedan genial y est\u00e1n listos en un periquete, los sacas del congelador, los pones en la tostadora y voil\u00e0 una desayuno espectacular.
