Me recuerda a mis a\u00f1os en Dubl\u00edn, los d\u00edas fr\u00edos y grises. Las cremas siempre me trajeron calorcito, confort y mucho cari\u00f1o. Como si mi madre me las preparase para cuidarme&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Desperdicio 0<\/h2>\n<p>\u00bfEres de las que te da rabia comprar br\u00f3coli, porque te parece un desperdicio ya que solo usas las flores y siempre acabas tirando el tronco?<\/p>\n<p>Pues entonces te recomiendo guardar esta receta deliciosa. S\u00ed, porque el tallo del br\u00f3coli se come.<\/p>\n<p>Soy de las que no me gusta tirar nada en la cocina e intento <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariallamas.com\/zerowaste-con-la-comida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aprovecharlo todo al m\u00e1ximo<\/a>. As\u00ed que cuando me encuentro con un par de tallos de br\u00f3coli por la nevera; esta crema siempre cae o si no tambi\u00e9n lo utilizo en estofados o verduras salteadas.<\/p>\n<p>De ah\u00ed que la crema tenga ese color verde clarito que solo se rompe con el verde m\u00e1s intenso de las espinacas. El puerro le da a la crema un toque dulce muy rico.<\/p>\n<p>Para culminar esta delicia, no nos podemos olvidar de los toppings. Esta vez he a\u00f1adido ingredientes que la hacen m\u00e1s sustanciosa; as\u00ed, con un bol de crema para cenar estoy m\u00e1s que satisfecha y feliz. Hoy he optado por lentejas salteadas y un poco de crema de coco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo cocinar el tallo del br\u00f3coli?<\/h2>\n<p>La verdad que receta con tallo de br\u00f3coli as\u00ed tal cual no tengo ninguna publicada salvo esta. Pero es simplemente concienciarse de utilizarlo y aprovecharlo y a\u00f1adirlo a otros platos en los que pueda quedar bien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cortado en bastones y salteado en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aove, sal, pimienta y unas gotas de lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Asado al horno tambi\u00e9n en bastones con otras verduras como zanahoria para crear contraste de colores.<\/li>\n<li>En dados y a\u00f1adirlos a un estofado de lentejas<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3rtalo en l\u00e1minas y saltealo con otras verduras para wok, complementa con noodles y voil\u00e0 tallo de br\u00f3coli aprovechado \ud83d\ude42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene de bueno esta crema de br\u00f3coli?<\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>br\u00f3coli<\/strong> es uno de esos superalimentos estrella. Muy popular desde hace unos a\u00f1os y no en vano. Est\u00e1 lleno de antioxidantes, minerales y vitaminas. Es antiinflamatorio y rico en fitonutrientes que apoyan una salud \u00f3ptima y protegen contra las enfermedades.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pero es cierto que tenemos un cierto prejuicio con el tallo. No se muy bien porqu\u00e9, pero siempre se suele desechar&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pero os animo a que comenc\u00e9is a utilizarlo porque tiene pr\u00e1cticamente las mismas propiedades que las propias flores, por lo que tirarlo ser\u00eda un acto descabellado, de desperdicio puro y duro.<\/p>\n<p>El tallo del br\u00f3coli cuenta con 48 mg de calcio (la mitad que el de la leche), 25 mg de magnesio y 325 mg de potasio. Cantidades nada despreciables.<\/p>\n<p>Los <strong>puerros<\/strong> son tambi\u00e9n una de esas verduras muy subestimadas. Pero los puerros son en realidad, muy importantes en la cocina tradicional, son como un alimento b\u00e1sico que nadie nota ni presta atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Pero la verdad es que dan a los platos un toque muy especial. Adem\u00e1s ayudan a proteger al cuerpo del estr\u00e9s oxidativo y est\u00e1n cargados de vitamina B folato.<\/p>\n<p>Definitivamente deber\u00edas probar esta crema de tallo de br\u00f3coli con
