El zumaque molido es una especia que proviene de las bayas de zumaque secas y sabe a una combinaci\u00f3n maravillosa de agrio y afrutado. Yo lo tengo siempre a mano! Pru\u00e9balo en esta rica <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/crema-de-boniato-ajo-asado-y-sumac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crema de boniato y ajo asado<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el za&#8217;atar, esa ligera acidez del zumaque se equlibra a la perfecci\u00f3n con el sabor a fruto seco de las semillas de s\u00e9samo tostadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El za&#8217;atar lo puedes usar para marinar, adobos, aderezos, en verduras asadas al horno.
