I just add them to nearly anything, into soups, salads, omelets, pizzas&#8230; but one of my favourite ways to enjoy them is just grilled in the pan.<\/p>\n<p>Another thing that I am mad\u00a0about is having brunch for dinner :P, and most specially about egg dishes. Actually I should say they are getting into my dinner plate more and more often. This is because they are perfect for those busy days when you get at home and don&#8217;t feeling like cooking, eggs are\u00a0quick to cook and are so versatile, poached, scrambled, in omelette, boiled&#8230; They also load your plate with good proteins making your\u00a0dinner delicious and nutritious.<\/p>\n<p>I am sure\u00a0you will love today&#8217;s recipe as much as I do. It is simple. quick and so tasty. Grilled Asparagus with Egg and Parmesan, you just need three ingredients to make a winner dish.<\/p>\n<p>Asparagus is a great source of betacarotene, vitamins B1, B2, C, E, K, folate and iron.
