Para cuando te surja esa necesidad y deseo, te propongo esta tarta de fresas f\u00e1cil. Pero creeme que es resultona y f\u00e1cil  a rabiar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tarta de fresas f\u00e1cil me recuerda a los cl\u00e1sicos shortbread con fresas que te puedes encontrar en los cl\u00e1sicos salones de t\u00e9 ingleses. Con la ventaja de que adem\u00e1s de satisfacer tu lado dulce, estar\u00e1s aportando nutrientes ricos para tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong>fresas<\/strong> son ricas en antioxidantes con un gran aporte de vitamina C. Tambi\u00e9n son antiinflamatorias y nos ayudan a prevenir la mayor\u00eda de enfermedades habituales. Un estudio demostr\u00f3 que a\u00f1adir fresas a tus comidas puede ayudar a reducir los niveles de insulina y retrasar la absorci\u00f3n de az\u00facares en el tracto digestivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las indicaciones b\u00e1sicas ser\u00eda coger dos galletas, unas fresas troceadas y yogur de coco. Yo siempre tengo por casa algunas galletas que he horneado, pero las que m\u00e1s me gustan para este montaje son unas galletas sencillas de avena y jengibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si eres de las que suele sufrir de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariallamas.com\/hambre-premenstrual\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> hambre premenstrual<\/a>, esta es una excelente opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si Mezcla bien hasta que todos los ingredientes est\u00e9n bien impregnados. Enfriar unos 30 minutos en la nevera, hasta que est\u00e9 bastante dura.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Mientras tanto macera las fresas mezcl\u00e1ndolas con el lim\u00f3n y la miel. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>Forma 10 bolas y aplana con la palma de la mano, hasta que tengan unos 7-8 cm de di\u00e1metro.
