Se suele disfrutar junto a unos buenos cal\u00e7ots asados a la brasa. Pero no nos quedemos ah\u00ed. La salsa romesco est\u00e1 tan rica que te animo a disfrutarla m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la temporada de cal\u00e7ots!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La salsa romesco va bien con pr\u00e1cticamente todo. Unas verduras asadas, un pescado al horno, unas patatas cocidas&#8230; A mi personalmente me encanta con estos <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/bocados-de-coliflor-a-la-marinera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bocados de coliflor a la marinera<\/a>. Es tan sabrosa y potente que no te dejar\u00e1 indiferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para una salsa romesco f\u00e1cil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tomates<\/strong>, son esenciales para la preparaci\u00f3n. Elige los m\u00e1s maduros y jugosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d1oras<\/strong>, son pimientos bola deshidratados t\u00edpicos de la zona de Alicante y Murcia. Se caracterizan porque no pican y tienen piel carnosa. No solo se utiliza para hacer la salsa romesco f\u00e1cil, si no que tambi\u00e9n para guisos y arroces,  Los venden secos en la secci\u00f3n de especias del supermercado. Para su utilizaci\u00f3n en la cocina hay que volverla a hidratar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Almendras y avellanas<\/strong>, encontrar\u00e1s versiones para todos los gustos. Unos utilizan solo almendras, otros solo avellanas, o como yo, un mix. Por lo que he podido investigar, para mi es esencial que tenga avellana pues le da un sabor muy caracter\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/strong>, le dar\u00e1 cuerpo y un sabor exquisito. La cantidad depender\u00e1 de c\u00f3mo quieras de espesa tu salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vinagre<\/strong>, le da su punto a la salsa.
