Pero la verdad que es una l\u00e1stima no incluirlas mas a menudo en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n porque son una excelente fuente de omega 3, conocido por sus efectos antiinflamatorios y por supuesto una buena fuente de prote\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hacerlas a la brasa o a la sart\u00e9n genera mucho engorro, especialmente por el humo y el olor que desprenden, te recomiendo prepararlas al horno! No necesitar\u00e1s mucho tiempo y puedes tunear su sabor a\u00f1adiendo aceites aromatizados, una picada de aceitunas con alcaparras y pepinillos o incluso alg\u00fan ali\u00f1o m\u00e1s ex\u00f3tico a base de curry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La versi\u00f3n que te propongo hoy en esta receta es un cl\u00e1sico que nunca falla, sardinas al horno con aceite de albahaca.<\/p>\n\n\n<div
