Como ya hace demasiado calor en Barcelona, \u200b\u200bprefiero desayunar m\u00e1s fresco y el bircher es uno de mis favoritos.<\/p>\n<p>La receta del bircher muesli original requiere copos de avena, agua, leche condensada, manzanas ralladas y zumo de lim\u00f3n. Puede sonar un poco aburrido para este siglo, as\u00ed que deja que tu imaginaci\u00f3n haga maravillas con este desayuno.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes remojar la avena en zumo de manzana, bebida de almendras o cualquier l\u00edquido que tengas en tu nevera. Por la ma\u00f1ana, simplemente s\u00edrvelo con yogur cremoso o nata y fruta, por ejemplo. Casi cualquier combinaci\u00f3n que hagas ser\u00e1 el comienzo perfecto para un gran d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Me encanta con bebida de almendras, k\u00e9fir de coco s\u00faper espeso, algo de compota de fresa, ar\u00e1ndanos frescos y una combinaci\u00f3n de semillas.<\/p>\n<p>Me encantar\u00eda ver tu delicioso bircher, as\u00ed que no olvides etiquetar tus fotos en Instagram con <a
