Pero cr\u00e9eme si te digo, que no tiene nada que envidiarle a la archiconocida tarta o <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyforkful.com\/es\/tarta-zanahoria-version-mas-saludable\/\">bizcocho de zanahoria<\/a>. El sabor es bastante parecido por la canela, pero te dir\u00eda que incluso es m\u00e1s jugoso pues la cantidad de agua que tiene el calabac\u00edn le aporta una jugosidad maravillosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un bizcocho que hac\u00edamos mucho cuando trabajaba en Queen of Tarts, de hecho es bastante popular en EEUU y si eres fan de webs y blogs de cocina extranjeros, ya lo conocer\u00e1s. Este bizcocho de calabac\u00edn y nueces que te traigo hoy es una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s nutritiva que la que hac\u00eda por aquel entonces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer un bizcocho de calabac\u00edn?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Me ha llevado unos cuantos intentos, pero al final ha merecido la pena. Es super tierno, jugoso, no muy dulce, pero lo suficiente para mi. Lo mejor que es super sencillo, r\u00e1pido de hacer, y solo necesitas un bol para mezclarlo todo y un molde donde hornearlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He hecho una versi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica que puedes tunear perfectamente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A\u00f1\u00e1dele trocitos de chocolate para hacer un bizcocho de calabac\u00edn y chocolate. <\/li><li>Sustituye una peque\u00f1a parte de la harina por cacao puro en polvo.<\/li><li>A\u00f1adir pasas junto con las nueces.<\/li><li>Otras especias que le ir\u00edan muy bien son nuez moscada, clavo, cardamomo o un poco de jengibre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00edrvelo con un poco de reques\u00f3n o crema de almendras o mantequilla eco o nata de coco montada. Estos acompa\u00f1antes ricos en grasas ayudar\u00e1n a equilibrar tus niveles de az\u00facar en sangre, lo que es esencial para tus hormonas, por no decir que est\u00e1 delicioso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfTe gusta la receta? \u00bfVas a prepararla?
