No es muy conocido, pero poco a poco va ganando terreno en nuestros platos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se caracteriza por su forma y su color blanco, por ese follaje que tiene en la parte superior y por su fuerte sabor a an\u00eds, que lo convierte en un ingrediente atractivo y vers\u00e1til. Luego, lo marino en zumo de lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva y sal. Est\u00e1 delicioso as\u00ed tal cual o en una ensalada con otras verduras, parmesano y nueces por ejemplo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Esas l\u00e1minas finas tambi\u00e9n puedes saltearlas. Al ser tan finas se caramelizar\u00e1n y dorar\u00e1n en la sart\u00e9n, adquiriendo un delicioso sabor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si planeo asar hinojo, lo corto en cuartos o en gajos. Primero, corto los tallos para que me quede la parte blanca. Lo corto por la mitad verticalmente y luego corto cada mitad en varias gajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para asarlo, los mezclo con un poquito de aceite, sal y pimienta, las extiendo en una bandeja de horno las rodajas y asa a 200 grados durante 25-35 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9 tierno y los bordes est\u00e9n caramelizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00edrvelo como guarnici\u00f3n con un chorrito de lim\u00f3n o agr\u00e9galas a una ensalada o en un plato de pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la receta de hoy, hinojo con alcaparras y tomates, lo cocinamos medio asado, medio guisado. Las alcaparras y aceitunas que le da un toque crujiente y ensalza su sabor gracias al efecto umami. La ralladura de lim\u00f3n le aporta un toque fresco y delicioso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y por cierto, \u00a1no tires las hojas\/frondas!
