All\u00ed era muy habitual tomar para comer un bol de crema con un trocito de pan de soda. Crema de cualquier verdura, de calabaza, de champi\u00f1ones, apionabo&#8230; Todas riqu\u00edsimas, pero la que me sorprendi\u00f3 gratamente fue la sopa de tomate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay TANTAS COSAS que me encantan de esta receta. Es s\u00faper f\u00e1cil (una olla, ingredientes de despensa, 30 minutos para hacerla), muy rica y cremosa, pero tambi\u00e9n incre\u00edblemente densa en nutrientes y saludable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La leche de coco aporta una cremosidad incre\u00edble y las jud\u00edas blancas la vuelven extra espesa (y la enriquecen con una fuente de prote\u00edna vegana densa en nutrientes).
