La colina y el yodo en las yemas de huevo tambi\u00e9n son cruciales para producir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariallamas.com\/como-regular-la-tiroides-de-forma-natural\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hormonas tiroideas saludables<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INTERCAMBIOS EN LA RECETA PARA EL EQUILIBRIO HORMONAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OPCI\u00d3N VEGANA: CAMBIA LOS HUEVOS POR SEMILLAS DE LINO. Si eres vegano o tienes alergia a los huevos, puedes sustituir los huevos por 2 cucharadas de linaza molida + 6 cucharadas de agua tibia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CAMBIA EL ACEITE DE COCO \u00bfEres al\u00e9rgico? Usa una proporci\u00f3n de 1:1 de aceite de coco por aceite de oliva extra virgen o aceite de aguacate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CAMBIA LAS AVELLANAS por almendras o nueces o cacahuetes molidos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Apoya tu sistema hormonal de una forma deliciosa y as\u00ed satisface los antojos de dulce a la vez que ayudamos a mantener el az\u00facar en sangre estable y reponer minerales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BIZCOCHO DE CHOCOLATE Y PL\u00c1TANO SIN GLUTEN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2 huevos<br>3 pl\u00e1tanos + 1 para decorar<br>120ml aceite de oliva<br>120g harina de trigo sarraceno (o avena sin gluten, si no eres celiaca puedes utilizar harina de espelta)<br>100g avellanas molidas (o almendras)<br>1 cucharadita de canela molida<br>5 cucharadas de cacao en polvo<br>1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo<br>una pizca de sal<br>50g chocolate 80% min, troceado<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precalienta el horno a 180\u00baC y forra un molde alargado con papel vegetal.<br>En un bol tritura los huevos con 3 pl\u00e1tanos y el aceite.<br>En otro bol, mezcla los ingredientes secos.<br>A\u00f1ade la mezcla seca al bol de la mezcla de los huevos. Combina con una esp\u00e1tula hasta que est\u00e9 todo bien integrado.<br>Vierte la masa en el molde preparado y hornea unos 50-60 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro, salga limpio.
