All\u00ed descubr\u00ed la yuca, un tub\u00e9rculo que no hab\u00eda visto nunca antes y que se utiliza para hacer chips, panes, muffins y, por supuesto, \u00a1tortillas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al volver a casa, me dediqu\u00e9 a probar esta receta una y otra vez, hasta conseguir una versi\u00f3n casera que replicara esa textura blanda, flexible y deliciosa.. Y, la verdad es que, \u00a1estas tortillas superan a muchas de las versiones que encuentras en el supermercado! Adem\u00e1s, puedes hacer una buena cantidad y congelarlas para tus futuras comidas (hola, <em>batch cooking<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcdd Ingredientes para las tortillas de yuca:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Harina de yuca (cassava):<\/strong> Elegid una harina que no tenga una textura muy granulosa o pegajosa y no confundir con almid\u00f3n de yuca. Mi favorita es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturitas.es\/p\/alimentacion\/cereales-legumbres-y-pasta\/harinas\/harina-de-tapioca-bio-400-g-naturitas-essentials?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=shopping-highvalue&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=17418633586&amp;gbraid=0AAAAADnUAcKdjhmUdMYTOr1VGafO8Udw8&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjw6ZTCBhBOEiwAqfwJd3umi0bCUrLKlkIiTRQdgc27oYntZrvvqRFfueaRF2_x1jRaNBIxsRoCi2UQAvD_BwE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">esta<\/a> (<strong>MARIALLAMAS10 para 10% de descuento)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bicarbonato de sodio:<\/strong> Solo \u00bc de cucharadita, para ayudar a que la masa suba ligeramente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cremor t\u00e1rtaro (opcional):<\/strong> Aporta un poco m\u00e1s de esponjosidad. Si no tienes, no pasa nada: las tortillas igualmente saldr\u00e1n estupendas (se podr\u00eda tambi\u00e9n sustituir por bicarbonato de sodio y zumo de lim\u00f3n)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aceite o grasa:<\/strong> aceite de oliva, de coco, mantequilla eco o ghee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agua templada:<\/strong> Aseg\u00farate de que est\u00e9 un poco caliente; esto facilitar\u00e1 el amasado y la uni\u00f3n de los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 C\u00f3mo preparar las tortillas paso a paso:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Haz la masa inicial:<\/strong><br>En un bol grande, mezcla la harina de yuca, la sal, el bicarbonato y el cremor t\u00e1rtaro. A\u00f1ade el aceite y comienza a amasar con las manos durante 1 minuto. La masa estar\u00e1 seca y desmenuzada, \u00a1es normal!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. A\u00f1ade el agua:<\/strong><br>Incorpora el agua templada poco a poco mientras amasas durante 2-3 minutos. Al principio ser\u00e1 algo pegajosa, pero la harina absorber\u00e1 el l\u00edquido y la masa se volver\u00e1 m\u00e1s firme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Divide y forma las bolas:<\/strong><br>Forma un cilindro con la masa y div\u00eddelo en 6 porciones iguales. Haz una bolita con cada porci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Aplana las tortillas:<\/strong><br>Si tienes una prensa para tortillas, \u00a1genial! Coloca cada bola entre dos hojas de papel de horno y presiona hasta formar un c\u00edrculo de unos 15 cm de di\u00e1metro. Si no tienes prensa, usa un rodillo entre dos papeles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Coc\u00ednalas:<\/strong><br>Calienta una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a fuego medio-alto. Cocina cada tortilla durante 1 minuto por cada lado. Ideal para 2-3 personas. Pero si quieres preparar m\u00e1s, puedes hacer el doble y congelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Para conservar en la nevera:<\/strong> Guarda las tortillas en una bolsa o recipiente herm\u00e9tico durante 3-4 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Para congelar:<\/strong> Coloca papel de horno entre cada tortilla antes de meterlas en una bolsa apta para congelador. As\u00ed evitar\u00e1s que se peguen. La mezcla se ver\u00e1 seca y desmenuzable, \u00a1es normal!<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1ade el agua poco a poco mientras contin\u00faas amasando durante 2 a 3 minutos. Al principio la masa estar\u00e1 h\u00fameda y pegajosa, pero conforme la harina absorba el agua, se volver\u00e1 m\u00e1s seca, suave y manejable.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\"><p>La textura ideal es similar a la de la plastilina blanda.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Si est\u00e1 demasiado pegajosa, a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de harina de yuca.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Si est\u00e1 muy seca o quebradiza, a\u00f1ade un poco m\u00e1s de agua.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Una vez que tengas una masa uniforme, dale forma de cilindro (como si fuera una masa de galletas) dentro del bol.
