Por eso hoy quiero compartir contigo una receta especial: <strong>un turr\u00f3n bajo en histamina<\/strong>, sencillo, nutritivo y respetuoso con un organismo sensible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta nace de la necesidad de reconciliar placer y bienestar. De demostrar que comer de forma consciente no significa renunciar al sabor ni a los peque\u00f1os rituales que nos hacen sentir en casa. En personas con intolerancia a la histamina o con d\u00e9ficit de la enzima DAO (diaminoxidasa), su acumulaci\u00f3n puede provocar s\u00edntomas como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Migra\u00f1as o dolor de cabeza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problemas digestivos (hinchaz\u00f3n, diarrea, n\u00e1useas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Urticaria, picor o enrojecimiento de la piel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cansancio, niebla mental o ansiedad<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Congesti\u00f3n nasal o palpitaciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos dulces navide\u00f1os tradicionales contienen ingredientes <strong>altos en histamina o liberadores de histamina<\/strong>, como el chocolate convencional, frutos secos inadecuados, alcohol, c\u00edtricos o productos fermentados. Es una excelente alternativa para personas que no toleran el chocolate convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harina de algarroba: dulzor natural y digestivo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La algarroba es uno de los grandes aliados en dietas bajas en histamina. Su sabor naturalmente dulce recuerda al cacao, pero <strong>sin teobromina ni cafe\u00edna<\/strong>, lo que la hace mucho m\u00e1s tolerable. Adem\u00e1s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es rica en fibra soluble<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuye a la salud intestinal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tiene efecto suavemente astringente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No provoca picos de glucosa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aceite de coco virgen: energ\u00eda r\u00e1pida y estable<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El aceite de coco es rico en triglic\u00e9ridos de cadena media (MCT), que se digieren f\u00e1cilmente y proporcionan energ\u00eda sin sobrecargar el sistema digestivo. Bien tolerado en la mayor\u00eda de personas con intolerancia a la histamina, aporta cremosidad y estabilidad al turr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canela: especia reconfortante y reguladora<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La canela, utilizada en peque\u00f1as cantidades, es una especia con propiedades antioxidantes y antiinflamatorias. Adem\u00e1s, ayuda a regular la glucosa en sangre y aporta un aroma c\u00e1lido que conecta con la sensaci\u00f3n de hogar y calma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nueces de macadamia: las m\u00e1s \u201camables\u201d con la histamina<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro de los frutos secos, la macadamia destaca por ser una de las <strong>mejor toleradas<\/strong> en dietas bajas en histamina. Es rica en grasas monoinsaturadas, tiene un perfil antiinflamatorio y resulta muy digestiva si se consume fresca y en buena conservaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trigo sarraceno: sin gluten y con prote\u00edna vegetal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque su nombre pueda confundir, el trigo sarraceno no es un cereal ni contiene gluten. Aporta carbohidratos complejos, minerales como el magnesio y antioxidantes naturales. En formato de tortita, a\u00f1ade un toque crujiente y ligero al turr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mucho m\u00e1s que un dulce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este turr\u00f3n bajo en histamina no es solo una receta: es una forma de reconciliarte con la comida.
