Y s\u00ed, s\u00e9 que el desayuno salado es el camino m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, pero muchas ma\u00f1anas lo que te pide el cuerpo es algo dulce. Esta receta es mi respuesta a ese dilema: avena con sabor tarta de zanahoria con 30g de prote\u00edna por raci\u00f3n, grasas saludables, fibra, probi\u00f3ticos&#8230; y sabor a postre. Lista en 10 minutos la noche anterior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Por qu\u00e9 un desayuno rico en prote\u00edna importa para el equilibrio hormonal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al despertar, el az\u00facar en sangre est\u00e1 en su punto m\u00e1s bajo tras el ayuno nocturno. Si lo primero que entra es caf\u00e9 solo o un desayuno rico en az\u00facar o carbohidratos refinados \u2014boller\u00eda, cereales de caja, zumos\u2014, la glucosa se dispara, el p\u00e1ncreas responde con un pico de insulina, y lo que sigue es un baj\u00f3n de energ\u00eda, antojos intensos y m\u00e1s almacenamiento de grasa durante el resto del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Empezar el d\u00eda con prote\u00edna, acompa\u00f1ada de fibra \u2014verduras de hoja, boniato, legumbres\u2014 y grasa saludable \u2014ghee, aguacate, aceite de oliva\u2014 interrumpe esa cascada. La clave est\u00e1 en los ingredientes.
