This legal notice governs the use of healthyforkful.com, including simply visiting it, and all its content. By visiting the site you accept these terms, in the version published at any given time.
Browsing the site does not start any business relationship with me.
3. What this website is for
Here you will find recipes and educational content about food and health. It is general information. It does not replace a personalised professional assessment.
If you have a health condition, take medication, are pregnant or have questions about your health, talk to your healthcare team before making changes. If you have allergies or intolerances, always check the labels of the products you use.
4. Your commitments when using the site
You agree to use the site, its services and its content in good faith, within the law and public order.
